Meet Kerry-Ann

Empowering women to heal, grow, and reclaim their lives through faith and coaching.

My Story: From Survivor to Guide

Growing up in the garrison was never easy. I watched young women around me fall into toxic relationships, get pregnant young, and lose their dreams too soon. I made a promise to myself: I would not become a product of my environment. I would make something great of my life.

After high school, I thought I was on my way. Then I met my eldest son's father, and everything changed. I stood by him through legal troubles, spent nine months nursing him after a devastating accident, supported him financially, and even helped him find work. When I needed him most—during my pregnancy—he abandoned me.

At five months pregnant, he left for the countryside. I faced first-time motherhood alone. After our son was born, I discovered he had been unfaithful. I threw him out, but the betrayal wasn't over. He took my house keys from my grandmother and removed everything I owned. Everything I had worked for was gone.

For three years, I searched for him while raising my son on my own. He even tried to take my child from me twice. But I refused to break.

I overcame it with the help of God, courage, self-belief, and the support of people who truly loved me. I chose to put my son first. I leaned on my family. I rebuilt my independence piece by piece. I let go of what I couldn't control and stopped chasing someone who never valued me. I decided my peace was more important than closure.

Even when I was broken, I walked with my head high. Because deep down, I knew I was not a victim—I was a survivor.

Why I Became a Trauma Recovery Coach

I became a trauma recovery coach because I lived through the pain that so many women silently carry. I know what it feels like to be betrayed by someone you sacrificed everything for. I understand the weight of raising a child alone while piecing your own life back together. I've felt the shame, the isolation, and the fear that maybe you'll never be whole again.

But I also know what it takes to rise from that darkness. I know the power of choosing yourself when everyone else has abandoned you. I've experienced the transformation that happens when you stop waiting for someone else to validate your worth and start building it yourself.

My past is not my shame—it's my qualification. Every tear I cried, every sleepless night, every moment I had to be strong when I felt weak—it taught me how to guide other women through their own storms. I don't just coach from theory; I coach from lived experience.

KERRY-ANN BROWN'S CORE VALUE FOR FINDING RESTORATION

As a trauma recovery coach, I help clients create a safe, supportive space to process their experiences without judgment. I guide them in developing practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and self-awareness. Through a collaborative and empowering approach, I support their journey toward healing, growth, and reclaiming personal strength.

If my story can help even one young woman realize her worth, then every struggle was worth it. This coaching program is designed for women ready to reclaim their power and write a new chapter in their lives—just like I did.
